Alina Pryazhkina

About Alina

Alina is a scientific intern at Marine Dynamics Academy from Russia. While studying journalism she did some volunteering with big cats in South Africa. This experience made her change her major and has now graduated from the University of South Wales with a bachelor degree in International Wildlife Biology. Alina originally fell  in love with marine wildlife while volunteering with Marine Dynamics for the first time in 2013. And in 2018 Alina did her final year project on African Penguins here in Gansbaai. Alina decided to do this internship because she wanted to get as many skills and as much knowledge in marine biology before doing applying for a Masters.
