I have just finished by Bachelor’s in Marine Biology at the University of Liverpool. I am currently in a gap year until I go into my Master’s, looking to further my experiences with marine life.
I’ve always been interested in marine wildlife, especially marine species such as fur seals and bottlenose dolphins, but I also have a fascination with ecosystems such as coral reefs and kelp forests and the functions and diversity associated with these.
I haven’t quite figured out what I want to do in the future, but I do know that I want to be involved in the conservation of the oceans and its inhabitants. I hope as I continue to study further, I can educate other people on the importance of conserving and managing marine life to hopefully effectively broaden our understanding of this.
